Legal Notice & Terms of Attendance
By enrolling a student in our tuition services, parents/guardians agree to the following terms and conditions.
Payment Policy
- Payment for individual tuition sessions must be made in full before the start of each session.
- Students enrolled on a monthly course are required to pay four (4) weeks’ fees in advance before the beginning of each monthly period.
- Any student whose fees have not been paid by the due date will not be permitted to attend classes until payment has been received.
- Missed sessions due to non-payment remain chargeable where a place has been reserved.
Attendance
- Students are expected to arrive promptly for all lessons.
- Late arrival may result in lost learning time, and sessions will still finish at the scheduled time.
- Repeated lateness may affect a student’s place on the programme.
Collection of Children
- Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that children are collected promptly at the end of each session.
- A late collection fee may be charged where a child is not collected on time.
- Persistent late collection may result in a review of the student’s place.
Parent Access to the Premises
- For the safety, security and safeguarding of all students, parents and visitors must not enter the teaching premises without prior permission from a member of staff.
- Parents should wait in the designated collection area unless invited inside.
Behaviour
We expect all students to behave respectfully towards staff, other students and the premises. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw tuition where behaviour is unacceptable.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The most up-to-date version will be made available to all parents and guardians.
Acknowledgement
By enrolling your child and making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Attendance and Payment.
